Claire M. Nonnemacher Roessler

Claire Nonnemacher Roessler, age 77 of Kennett Square, PA formerly of Delaware County, died Tuesday January 17, 2012 at Kendal Retirement community in Kennett Square. She was the wife of Robert L. Roessler, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, on December 6, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Clara Burhanna Nonnemacher.
Claire was a graduate of Frankford High School. She enjoyed bowling and played in a semi pro league. She also enjoyed sewing, traveling and playing the slots in Atlantic City.
Survivors include in addition to her husband 3 sons, Norman of Philadelphia PA, Douglas and his wife Debbie of Concord CA and Kurt of Springfield PA; one daughter, Krista of Harrisburg, PA and three grandchildren, Kirk, Julian, and Eliza .
Services and interment will be held privately. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association 135 Parkinson Avenue Staten Island, NY 10305.
