Elizabeth "Betty" Smider Reoli, age 75, of West Grove PA, formerly of Bucks county, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 12, 2012 at the Jenners Pond Retirement Community in West Grove. She was the wife of the late Armand Reoli who died in 1997 and with whom she shared 41 years of marriage.
Born in Belle Vernon, PA, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Rodish Smider.
Elizabeth was a sales manager for Macy's Department Store in Langhorne PA, retiring in 2001 after 20 years of service. She was an active community volunteer and an assistant Chaplain at Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford PA. She was a member of the West Grove United Methodist Church where she served in many capacities.
Her greatest joys were her faith and her loving family.
Survivors include two sons, Paul A. Reoli (Gail) of Aurora OH, and Eric M. Reoli (Christine) of Lincoln University PA; two daughters, Victoria R. Kerr of Langhorne PA, and Lisa M. Reoli of West Grove PA; one brother, Michael Smider of Reston VA; two sisters, Mary Agnes Smider of Arlington VA, and Norma Jean McClung of Annandale VA and five grandchildren, Lauren Kerr, and Kevan, Amanda, Matthew, and Gregory Reoli.
You are invited to visit with Elizabeth's family from 3-5PM Sunday January 15, 2012 and from 10-10:30AM Monday January 16th at the West Grove United Methodist Church, 300 N. Guernsey Rd West Grove, PA 19390. Her funeral service will be at 10:30AM on Monday at the Church. Interment will follow at 1PM in Forest Hills Cemetery in Philadelphia. Contributions in her memory may be made to the West Grove United Methodist Church at the aforementioned address.
